Goodsport is a program
created by The
Hockey Development Centre for Ontario
and its member organizations to encourage
good sportsmanship, so that the true
spirit of hockey will endure.
About GOODSPORT:
GOODSPORT was created by the HDCO
and its member organizations as part
of a common philosophy document for
amateur hockey in Ontario.
GOODSPORT involved players, coaches,
trainers, officials, parents and administrators
from across the province in developing
Codes of Conduct for all involved
in amateur hockey.
GOODSPORT aims to encourage players,
coaches, trainers, officials, parents,
volunteers and administrators to lead
by example - to show that being good
sports is what hockey is all about
- that it is the TRUE SPIRIT OF HOCKEY!
